With a crossroads with management: A discussion of ethics - Part 1
While it can be a truism for saying that the majority among us would like with is independently rich or to work four ourselves, establishing our own mark of the businesses, the reality of the situation is that few us, statistically speaking, will never carry out this dream. This leaves us with the need for playing the game of the policy of office, for obtaining good side of management, and test not to rock the boat too much. Naturally, there can come one moment when you are introduced with a moral dilemma when it comes to your relationship with your owner. There can come one moment when your owner asks you to morally do something which is slightly in addition to way, morally and speaking. And at this time, you will have to make a choice: are matched with the flow and make while they indicate, deciphering your own code of ethics in the process, or go to encounter the grain, rise for yourself and your belief, and losing favor of risk with management, or even are likely to lose your work.

I would agree with the entire post except maybe the second paragraph.
