There are certain incidents when the organization gets blurred by distrust and the chance that employees would act in ways that are beginning to be unreadable apathetic to the goals of the organization. The weak direction would be only the deficiency of hope that could ignite probably too long and in turn lead to organizations with the inevitable decline.

The leader is very significant because each organization with its absence the whole team under organization won't be able to function and therefore can not operate with a harmonious relationship with each other.
